Service Description
Five sessons of breathwork with Chip. Breathwork is a guided session designed to help you shift out of stress and into steadiness through intentional breathing. You’ll start with a quick check-in and grounding, move through a simple guided breath pattern (beginner-friendly), and close with quiet integration so you leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more present. You set the pace, and you can pause anytime. Note: Breathwork is a wellness practice and not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
