About the event
Join us for a guided introspective breathwork and mindfulness meditation session designed to support deep inner awareness, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. Using a rhythmic breathing technique, you’ll be invited to turn your attention inward, allowing the mind to quiet and the body to process and release stored tension.
This immersive experience can open the door to insight, clarity, and a deeper connection with yourself. Mindfulness practices will be woven throughout to help ground and integrate the experience. No prior breathwork or meditation experience is necessary.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and an eye mask if you have one to support a more internal, distraction-free experience.
